Stat. tit. 19, § 19-1403","heading":"Application of act","body":"This act shall apply to any county which by resolution of the\n\ngoverning body elects to come under and comply with all its\n\nprovisions and requirements. Once a county has selected the County\n\nBudget Act to govern its budget procedures, the provisions of this\n\nact shall take precedence over any other state laws applicable to\n\ncounty budgets, except as may be provided otherwise in this act and\n\nsupersede any conflicting laws.
