Stat. tit. 19, § 19-1409","heading":"Adoption of budget - Capital projects fund budget -","body":"Reserve fund.\n\nA. All budgets comprising normal operations of the county shall\n\nbe adopted for a fiscal year. Major capital improvements financed\n\nby general obligation bonds, capital grants or contributions shall\n\nuse a capital projects fund budget. The term of the budget shall\n\ncoincide with the term of the individual project or projects. To\n\nthe extent appropriate, the requirements for preparation, adoption\n\nand execution of the budgets described in Section 1408 of this\n\ntitle, as hereinafter set forth in this act, shall apply to budgets\n\nof capital projects funds.\n\nB.
