A receiving officer shall receive all purchased, lease-\n\npurchased or rented items procured for the department and shall\n\nidentify such items received in a manner prescribed by the county\n\nroad and bridge inventory officer or board of county commissioners\n\nor designee. The receiving officer shall also maintain a record of\n\nall such items received, disbursed, stored and consumed by the\n\ndepartment.\n\nB.
