The number of credit cards issued and the amount of charges\n\nallowed for credit cards issued by counties shall be subject to the\n\nfollowing limits:\n\n1. For counties with a population less than fifty thousand\n\n(50,000) persons, according to the latest Federal Decennial Census,\n\nno more than two cards shall be issued. The aggregate amount of\n\ncredit for all such cards issued shall not exceed Five Thousand\n\nDollars ($5,000.00);\n\n2. For counties with a population of fifty thousand (50,000) to\n\none hundred thousand (100,000) persons, according to the latest\n\nFederal Decennial Census, no more than four cards shall be issued.\n\nThe aggregate amount of credit for all such cards issued shall not\n\nexceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00);\n\n3. For counties with a population of one hundred thousand\n\n(100,000) to four hundred fifty thousand (450,000) persons,\n\naccording to the latest Federal Decennial Census, no more than six\n\ncards shall be issued. The aggregate amount of credit for all such\n\ncards issued shall not exceed Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00);\n\nand\n\n4. For counties with a population in excess of four hundred\n\nfifty thousand (450,000) persons, according to the latest Federal\n\nDecennial Census, no more than twenty-four credit cards shall be\n\nissued. The aggregate amount of credit for all such cards shall not\n\nexceed Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00).\n\nB.
