Stat. tit. 19, § 19-155.7v1","heading":"County records - Photographing, digitizing,","body":"photostating, reproducing on film or storing on optical disks.\n\nA. County officers may have any or all records kept by any\n\ncounty office photographed, digitized, photostated, reproduced on\n\nfilm or stored on optical disk. Such film or reproducing material\n\nshall be of durable material and the device used to reproduce such\n\nrecords on film or other material shall be such as to accurately\n\nreproduce and perpetuate the original records in all details.\n\nB. The photostatic copy, photograph, digital copy, photographic\n\nfilm or optical disk of the original records shall be deemed to be\n\nan original record for all purposes, and shall be admissible in\n\nevidence in all court or administrative agencies, or by the county\n\nfor accounts payable and inventory. A facsimile, exemplification or\n\ncertified copy thereof shall, for all purposes recited herein, be\n\ndeemed to be a transcript, exemplification or certified copy of the\n\noriginal.\n\nC. Whenever such reproduced records shall be placed in\n\nconveniently accessible files and provisions made for preserving,\n\nexamining and using same, the county officer may certify those facts\n\nto the board of county commissioners. All such records shall be\n\narchived or disposed of according to the provisions of the Oklahoma\n\nState Statutes and any other such restrictions as may be applicable.\n\nD.
