Any transient merchant desiring to transact business in any\n\ncounty in this state shall make application for and obtain a license\n\nin each county in which such merchant desires to transact business.\n\nThe application for license shall be filed with the court clerk, and\n\nshall include the following information:\n\n1. The name and permanent address of the transient merchant\n\nmaking the application, and if the applicant is a firm or\n\ncorporation the name and address of the members of the firm or the\n\nofficers of the corporation, as the case may be;\n\n2. If the applicant is a corporation, there shall be stated on\n\nthe application form the date of incorporation, the state of\n\nincorporation, and if the applicant is a corporation formed in a\n\nstate other than the State of Oklahoma, the date on which such\n\ncorporation qualified to transact business as a foreign corporation\n\nin the State of Oklahoma;\n\n3. A statement showing the kind of business proposed to be\n\nconducted, the length of time for which the applicant desires to\n\ntransact such business and the location of such proposed place of\n\nbusiness;\n\n4. The name and permanent address of the transient merchant's\n\nregistered agent or office; and\n\n5. The applicant has acquired all other required city, county,\n\nand state permits and licenses.\n\nB.
