Stat. tit. 19, § 19-1609","heading":"Issuance of license - Transferability - Validity","body":"A transient business license shall be issued only when all the\n\nrequirements of the Transient Merchant Licensing Act have been met.\n\nSuch license shall not be transferable, shall be valid only within\n\nthe territorial limits of the issuing county, shall be valid only\n\nfor a period of ninety (90) days, and shall be valid only for the\n\nbusiness stated in the application.
