Stat. tit. 19, § 19-18","heading":"Booths and conveniences - Election officers - How appointed","body":"- Oath - Fees.\n\nOn the day set for the holding of said special election, it\n\nshall be the duty of said special election board, to see that each\n\nprecinct, or voting place in said county, is supplied with booths\n\nand other necessary conveniences, for the proper holding of such\n\nelection. It shall be their duty to select two judges and two\n\nclerks for such said special election in each precinct or voting\n\nplace; said judges and clerks, so acting, shall receive the fees as\n\nprescribed for like services in any general election. It shall be\n\nthe duty of the special election commissioner, to administer the\n\noath to said judges or clerks of said election.
