Stat. tit. 19, § 19-212","heading":"Land Office suits - Duties - Instructions of","body":"Commissioners.\n\nThe district attorney in performing the duties required of him\n\nby Section 1, of this act, shall follow the instructions of the\n\nCommissioners of the Land Office and shall furnish said Commission\n\nwith copies of all process issued in such action and proceedings,\n\nand the return of service thereof.
