Stat. tit. 19, § 19-215.23","heading":"District attorney's payroll clerk - Assistant - Duties","body":"- Qualifications of assistant district attorneys - Tenure.\n\nThere are hereby created the positions of district attorneys'\n\npayroll clerk and assistant payroll clerk whose duties shall be to\n\nprepare and process payroll and other claims and do all other\n\nnecessary acts connected with receiving funds from counties and\n\ndisbursing such funds, together with any funds appropriated from\n\nstate funds to the district attorneys for payroll, travel and other\n\nexpenses. Such payroll clerk and assistant payroll clerk shall work\n\nunder the supervision of the District Attorneys Council which shall\n\nfix compensation for these positions.
