Stat. tit. 19, § 19-215.35C","heading":"Compensation of district attorney personnel determined","body":"by district attorney.\n\nNotwithstanding any other provision of law, the compensation of\n\nall district attorney personnel shall be determined by the district\n\nattorney of each district. On affixing the compensation, the\n\ndistrict attorney shall base the compensation upon the\n\nresponsibilities assigned to the position and the qualifications,\n\ntraining, experience, length of employment of each employee and\n\nbudgetary consideration.
