Stat. tit. 19, § 19-215.37A","heading":"Maintenance and operating expenses","body":"\n\nThe furniture, books, records, papers and documents provided for\n\nthe use of the former county attorneys of this state which may be\n\nstill in use by the district attorney and his staff shall remain in\n\nthat service until such time as provided hereinafter. Effective\n\nJanuary 1, 1983, the state shall assume financial responsibility for\n\nall proper expenses of maintenances and operations and capital\n\noutlay of said offices except as provided in Section 215.36 of Title\n\n19 of the Oklahoma Statutes. All expenses of the various district\n\nattorney offices in the respective counties relating to maintenance,\n\noperation and capital outlay of said offices shall be processed by\n\npurchase orders and accounted for in the respective counties wherein\n\nthe expenses are incurred, such expenses to be paid by funds\n\nappropriated and advanced by the respective counties and reimbursed\n\nto said counties by the state, in the manner set out hereafter.\n\nExpenditures shall be by county purchasing procedures.","path":["OK Code","Title 19"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os19.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"02e28acb317c13ea8ca1b785e5c1cf2140a7d0dd266ac7a111d829ce6d24b1d1","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-215.36","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-215.37b"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
