Stat. tit. 19, § 19-215.37B","heading":"Certification of funds available for operation of","body":"district attorney's office.\n\nPrior to June 25 of each fiscal year, the District Attorneys\n\nCouncil shall certify to each county clerk the amount of funds which\n\nwill be made available for the operation of the district attorney's\n\noffice in that county for the ensuing fiscal year. A copy of the\n\ncertification shall also be sent to the district attorney in whose\n\ndistrict the county is situated. The funds so certified shall not\n\nexceed the state funds made available for such purposes.
