It shall be mandatory for the county excise board to approve\n\nthe appropriation requests in the first section of the district\n\nattorney's estimate of needs which are for expenditures to be\n\nreimbursed from state funds, provided that the total does not exceed\n\nthe amount certified as available by the District Attorneys Council.\n\nB.
