Stat. tit. 19, § 19-215.37F","heading":"Changes in amount of funds certified as available for","body":"operating expenses - Transfer of appropriations - Lapse of county\n\nfunds.\n\nIf for any reason, the District Attorneys Council should\n\ndetermine that the amount originally certified as available to a\n\ncounty for the current fiscal year has changed, it shall be the duty\n\nof the Council to certify such change to the county clerk and\n\ndistrict attorney of the county. Within five (5) working days after\n\nreceipt of such notice, the district attorney shall give written\n\nnotice to the county excise board of the amount each appropriation\n\naccount is to be increased or decreased and the total net effect of\n\nthe change. If the net total of the changes agrees with the total\n\nchange certified by the Council, it shall be mandatory for the\n\ncounty excise board to approve the requested changes. Provided, any\n\ntransfer of appropriations between state reimbursable accounts which\n\ndoes not change the net total appropriations of such funds shall be\n\nrequested in writing by the district attorney and shall be approved\n\nas requested by the county excise board without other formality.\n\nProvided further, no transfers shall be made between state\n\nreimbursable appropriation accounts and county financed\n\nappropriation accounts nor shall county funds be used to supplement\n\nor otherwise increase the appropriation accounts required to be\n\nfinanced from state funds.
