Stat. tit. 19, § 19-215.37G","heading":"Purchases from district attorney appropriations","body":"Purchases made from district attorney appropriations shall be\n\nmade in accordance with the procedures prescribed by statute for\n\ncounty officers, departments and agencies except that neither the\n\npurchases nor the expenditures for such purchases shall be subjected\n\nto the approval of the board of county commissioners.
