Stat. tit. 19, § 19-215.37I","heading":"Report of expenditures or encumbrances -","body":"Reimbursement.\n\nWithin five (5) working days after the end of each month, the\n\ncounty clerk shall report to the District Attorneys Council the\n\namount expended or encumbered from the state reimbursable\n\nappropriations during the preceding month. The report shall list\n\neach warrant or purchase order number, the payee and the amount and\n\nshall be totaled to show the full amount to be reimbursed to the\n\ncounty. Warrants or purchase orders issued from appropriations of a\n\nprior fiscal year shall be listed separately in the report of the\n\nmonth in which the warrants or purchase orders were issued.
