Stat. tit. 19, § 19-215.40","heading":"District Attorneys Evidence Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Office of the Attorney General to be designated the\n\n\"District Attorneys Evidence Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing\n\nfund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of\n\nany monies transferred thereto by an act of the Legislature.
