Stat. tit. 19, § 19-244","heading":"Records and accounts","body":"It shall be the duty of the county clerk:\n\nFirst. To record in a book to be provided for that purpose, all\n\nproceedings of the board.\n\nSecond. To make regular entries of their resolutions and\n\ndecisions in all questions concerning the raising of money.\n\nThird. To record the vote of each commissioner, on any question\n\nsubmitted to the board, if required by any member thereof, and not\n\notherwise.\n\nFourth. To attest all orders issued by the board and signed by\n\nthe chairman thereof for the payment of monies.\n\nFifth. To preserve and file all accounts acted upon by the\n\nboard, with their action thereon.
