Stat. tit. 19, § 19-261","heading":"Instruments filed for record - Printed or typed name of","body":"signer.\n\nFrom and after the effective date of this act, all instruments\n\nfiled for record in the office of any county clerk within the State\n\nof Oklahoma shall, under the signature affixed to said instrument,\n\nbear the printed or typed name of the signer thereof.
