Stat. tit. 19, § 19-299","heading":"Land parcel identifier system","body":"The county assessor, county clerk and county treasurer of any\n\ncounty may adopt a system of land parcel identifier numbers whereby\n\nthe same land identifier numbers shall be used by the county\n\nassessor, county clerk and county treasurer to designate a tract of\n\nreal property situated within the county.\n\nIn any county where this system has been adopted, the county\n\nclerk shall not accept for filing or recording any map, plat, deed,\n\nmortgage, lease or other instrument affecting real property unless\n\nthe land parcel identifier numbers for all of the land parcels\n\ndescribed and affected are affixed on the face of the map, plat,\n\ndeed, mortgage, lease or other instrument.
