Stat. tit. 19, § 19-338","heading":"Lease of county buildings or lands to United States, state","body":"or incorporated city or town for airports or public uses.\n\nThe board of county commissioners is hereby authorized and\n\nempowered to enter into contracts with the authorities of the United\n\nStates of America, the State of Oklahoma, and any incorporated city\n\nor town within the boundary of the county entering into such\n\ncontract, leasing and letting to the United States of America, the\n\nState of Oklahoma, or to any incorporated city or town situated\n\nwithin the boundaries of the county making such contract, or\n\ncontracts, any county building, or buildings, or lands, belonging to\n\nthe county, for airports or public uses; and such contract, or\n\ncontracts, when entered into by the board of county commissioners of\n\nany county, with the Governor of the State of Oklahoma, or with the\n\nproper authorities of the United States of America, or the proper\n\nauthorities of any incorporated city or town located within the\n\nboundary of the county entering into such contract, shall be valid\n\nobligations.
