The board of county commissioners of any county of this\n\nstate having a population of more than five hundred thousand\n\n(500,000) persons according to the last federal decennial census, by\n\nresolution, may determine a curfew for juveniles that will apply to\n\nall unincorporated areas of the county. The parameters of the\n\ncurfew shall be determined by the board and all penalty provisions\n\nshall comply with the provisions of Title 10A of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes and federal law concerning detention and custody of\n\njuveniles.\n\nB. The board shall provide public notice of the curfew in a\n\nnewspaper of general circulation in the county. The notice shall be\n\npublished once weekly for a period of four (4) continuous weeks.\n\nC. The county shall correspond and work in conjunction with any\n\nappropriate state agency, if assistance is required in producing\n\nsigns and posting the curfew.\n\nD. The county shall post curfew information, as determined\n\npursuant to subsections A through C of this section, on the county\n\nline marker where any state highway enters a county and at all off-\n\nramps where interstate highways or turnpikes enter a county, unless\n\na state agency has such jurisdiction to properly post signs. The\n\nappropriate board of county commissioners shall reimburse any state\n\nagency that may assist for the full cost of the required signage.\n\nE. Any person convicted of a curfew violation pursuant to this\n\nsection shall be fined an amount not exceeding Twenty-five Dollars\n\n($25.00).
