Stat. tit. 19, § 19-339.9","heading":"Multi-county library systems — Accounting request by","body":"counties.\n\nCounties that participate in a multi-county library system may,\n\nby two-thirds (2/3) vote of all participating boards of county\n\ncommissioners, adopt the following procedure:\n\n1. Counties participating in multi-county library systems may\n\nrequest an accounting of the library system's overall budget and\n\nestimate of needs. Each multi-county library system shall designate\n\nthe executive director or employee in charge of accounting to\n\nproduce the requested accounting or estimate of needs made under\n\nthis act; and\n\n2.
