Stat. tit. 19, § 19-348","heading":"Place and manner of holding sessions","body":"All matters pertaining to the interest of the county shall be\n\nheard by the board of county commissioners in open session only and\n\nno executive session shall be held by said county commissioners\n\npertaining to any matters coming before them, except in the manner\n\nand situations provided by Section 307 of Title 25 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes. Where the county has no courthouse, or the courthouse\n\nshall be unfit or inconvenient, they may hold their sessions for the\n\ntransaction of business at any other suitable place in the county\n\nseat. No claim presented to the board of county commissioners shall\n\nbe laid over longer than to the next regular session, when it shall\n\nbe finally acted upon.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 1616.
