Stat. tit. 19, § 19-351.3","heading":"Agreements with corporate fire department in","body":"unincorporated area or rural fire protection district for fire\n\nprotection services.\n\nThe board of county commissioners of each county may enter into\n\nagreements with any nonprofit volunteer or full-time fire department\n\norganized pursuant to Section 592 of Title 18 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes or any rural fire protection district created pursuant to\n\nthe provisions of Sections 901.1 through 901.29 of this title for\n\nthe furnishing of fire protection services by such entities for all\n\npersons and property located in the unincorporated areas of the\n\ncounty.
