Stat. tit. 19, § 19-354","heading":"Transportation and distribution of commodities donated to","body":"county or school district.\n\nThe board of county commissioners of any county of this state\n\nshall have authority, in their discretion, to use and operate any\n\ntrucks or automobiles owned by the county in transporting from any\n\npoint in the State of Oklahoma to said county, or in transporting or\n\ndistributing within said county, any commodities or items of value\n\ndonated to the said county or any school district therein by or\n\nthrough the State of Oklahoma, the United States, or any agency or\n\ninstrumentality of either, for redistribution to eligible\n\nrecipients.
