Stat. tit. 19, § 19-372","heading":"Minimum standards for operation and equipment - Personnel","body":"- Charges - Audits.\n\nIf the board(s) of county commissioners, and the governing body\n\nof any city(ies) or town(s) shall enter into any contract as\n\nprovided in Section 1, then the board(s) of county commissioners and\n\nthe governing body of any city(ies) or town(s) shall, by resolution,\n\nestablish a minimum of standards for the operation and equipping of\n\nsaid ambulances and for the qualifications and training of any\n\npersonnel operating said ambulances within the county(ies). The\n\nboard(s) of county commissioners and/or governing body of any\n\ncity(ies) or town(s) shall also have the authority to establish by\n\nresolution the minimum charge to be made by any ambulance operator\n\nwith which it has a contract and to provide for an audit of the\n\nbooks and the records of said operator.
