Until January 1, 1983, nothing in Sections 376 or 377 of\n\nthis title shall be interpreted as prohibiting a county, acting\n\nthrough the authority of the board of county commissioners, from\n\ncontracting with an established public trust which has been or may\n\nbe created pursuant to the provisions of Sections 176 et seq. of\n\nTitle 60 of the Oklahoma Statutes for the purpose of providing to\n\nall county offices, departments and agencies electronic data\n\nprocessing services.\n\nB.
