Stat. tit. 19, § 19-385","heading":"Proceedings when proposition carries","body":"The commissioners being satisfied that the above requirements\n\nhave been substantially complied with, and that a majority of votes\n\nwere cast in favor of the proposition submitted, shall cause the\n\nsame to be entered at large upon the book containing the record of\n\ntheir proceedings.
