Stat. tit. 19, § 19-401.1","heading":"Courtroom, office space and other facilities in city","body":"other than county seat.\n\nIn any city other than the county seat, within the county, which\n\nhas been designated as a court or court division city under\n\nauthority of Sections 95.1 through 95.5, inclusive, of Title 20 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes, the board of county commissioners may provide\n\nsuitable and adequate courtroom and office space for the judges of\n\nthe district court and attendants, for the court clerk and staff,\n\nand for a branch of the county law library where established under\n\nSection 1202 of Title 20 of the Oklahoma Statutes, to be furnished\n\nby the county in a suitable building in such city.\n\nThe board of county commissioners shall also furnish\n\nelectricity, water, other utilities, toilet facilities and\n\njanitorial service, suitable and sufficient for the transaction of\n\ncourt business in such facilities.","path":["OK Code","Title 19"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os19.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"c2a6552d344f6a8129c163e994e999361a9914f0810585e87e3b2aa5bdf7c12f","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-401","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-402"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
