Stat. tit. 19, § 19-445","heading":"Clerk to make report of proceedings for publication","body":"It shall be the duty of the county clerk to make out a complete\n\nreport of the proceedings of each regular and special meeting of the\n\nboard. Included in such report shall be the purpose of any warrant\n\nthat is approved for payment at such meeting. The county clerk\n\nshall transmit the report to the publishers of the newspaper\n\nselected by the board to publish such proceedings. The report shall\n\nbe made out and transmitted by the clerk upon the approval of the\n\nboard of county commissioners at its next regularly scheduled\n\nmeeting, or no later than ten (10) days from the time the\n\nproceedings were had.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 1649.
