Stat. tit. 19, § 19-451","heading":"Purchase of boat for official business - Mileage","body":"The board of county commissioners of any county in this state\n\nhaving more than two hundred fifty (250) miles of lake shore line\n\nwithin such county, are hereby authorized to purchase, maintain, and\n\nto provide for the operation of, for the official business of the\n\ncounty and its several offices, a boat and motive power therefor,\n\neither inboard or outboard. No mileage shall be charged to the\n\ncounty for travel in such boat and all mileage collected by any\n\nofficer, from any other source, shall be paid by him into the county\n\nand shall be credited to the fund from which claims for the\n\noperation of such boat shall be paid.
