Stat. tit. 19, § 19-452.1","heading":"Director and deputies of country juvenile facilities and","body":"services - Employment by judge responsible for juvenile docket.\n\nWith the approval of the board of county commissioners, the\n\njudge responsible for the juvenile docket of any county may employ a\n\ndirector of county juvenile facilities and services and deputies to\n\nthe director as the judge may deem appropriate. The director shall\n\nperform the duty or duties of directions and implementations of\n\ncounty juvenile facilities and services as prescribed and directed\n\nby the board of county commissioners. Such directors and their\n\ndeputies shall serve at the will and discretion of the judge\n\nresponsible for the juvenile docket.\n\nThe director and deputies of county juvenile facilities and\n\nservices shall receive as compensation a salary or salaries to be\n\nfixed by the board of county commissioners, to be paid out of the\n\ngeneral operating fund of the county or out of special funds created\n\nby a vote of the people for the purposes of funding county juvenile\n\nfacilities and services.
