The board of county commissioners of a county, by\n\nresolution, may establish a County Energy District Authority for the\n\ncounty. The authority shall be a public trust as provided for in\n\nSections 176 through 180.3 of Title 60 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB. The authority shall consist of five (5) trustees as follows:\n\n1. The three county commissioners of the county; and\n\n2. Two persons appointed by the board of county commissioners.\n\nThe appointed members shall be residents of the county and shall not\n\nbe elected officials.\n\nC.
