The board of directors of a circuit engineering district,\n\nestablished pursuant to Section 687.l et seq. of Title 69 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes, may by resolution establish a County Energy\n\nDistrict Authority pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Energy\n\nIndependence Act, for the district. The authority shall be a public\n\ntrust as provided for in Sections 176 through 180.3 of Title 60 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB. The authority shall consist of the circuit engineering\n\ndistrict board of directors.\n\nC.
