Stat. tit. 19, § 19-547.1","heading":"Assigned duties outside county of employment — Powers","body":"and duties of officers.\n\nAny Oklahoma sheriff, deputy sheriff, or a reserve deputy\n\nsheriff who is assigned to perform duties outside of his or her\n\ncounty of employment shall have the same powers and duties as though\n\nemployed by the sheriff’s office for which he or she is performing\n\nduties. Liability for the conduct of any sheriff, deputy sheriff,\n\nor reserve deputy sheriff, while performing duties outside of his or\n\nher county of employment, shall remain the responsibility of the\n\ncounty in which he or she is regularly employed.
