Stat. tit. 19, § 19-633","heading":"Payment Register - Recording of interest","body":"Each county treasurer is required to keep a book called the\n\n\"Payment Register,\" in which he shall enter every warrant by him\n\npaid, specifying the date upon which the same was paid and canceled,\n\nfrom whom received, its number and the amount for which it was\n\noriginally drawn. Provided, that the county treasurer shall record\n\nthe interest allowed and total amount paid on each group of warrants\n\nbearing the same registration date and presented for payment on the\n\nsame date and need not separately record the interest allowed and\n\ntotal amount paid on each such warrant. Said payment register shall\n\nbe in form prescribed by the State Auditor and Inspector.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 7426.
