Stat. tit. 19, § 19-684","heading":"Time for payment to county treasury - Report of receipts","body":"All monies that shall be received during any calendar month by\n\nany county officer, county board, county commission or the members\n\nor employees of either thereof, accruing as a part of the funds of\n\nthe county or municipal subdivision thereof, shall be paid into the\n\ncounty treasury, - that is, transferred from the official account of\n\nthe officer, board, commission or employee of either thereof\n\ndepositing the same, to the fund or funds of the county or municipal\n\nsubdivision thereof to which the same belongs, - by the authority so\n\nreceiving the same on or before the second Monday following the\n\nclose of the calendar month in which such monies shall have been\n\nreceived; and it shall be the further duty of all such officers,\n\nboards, commissions, and the members and employees of either\n\nthereof, to make and file with the county clerk on or before the\n\nsecond Monday of each month, a verified report in writing showing\n\nthe several sources, classes and amounts of money received by virtue\n\nor under color of office during the preceding calendar month,\n\ntogether with an itemized statement of the amount and purpose of all\n\nvouchers issued in disbursement, distribution and transfer thereof.","path":["OK Code","Title 19"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os19.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"20773d18763d14fd6209dd236ca7a92a3f7340ebc9906735079360f7ebf59d83","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-683","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-685"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
