Stat. tit. 19, § 19-686","heading":"Penalty for violation","body":"Any official or employee thereof or any member or employee of\n\nany county board or county commission who shall fail, neglect or\n\nrefuse to comply with the requirements of Section 682 of this title,\n\nor any other provision of this act, shall forfeit and pay to the use\n\nof the county the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) per day for each and\n\nevery day that he shall so fail, neglect or refuse to comply with\n\nthe requirements of said act, and shall forfeit and be removed from\n\noffice; and, any such official who shall issue, sign, attest or\n\nutter any false or illegal voucher against any monies deposited, as\n\nin this act provided, shall be liable to the county on his official\n\nbond for a sum double in amount of any such illegal or fraudulent\n\nvoucher, and shall be guilty of a Class D1 felony offense and upon\n\nconviction thereof shall be punished by a fine in a sum of not less\n\nthan One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than One Thousand\n\nDollars ($1,000.00) and by imprisonment as provided for in\n\nsubsections B through F of Section 20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes.","path":["OK Code","Title 19"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os19.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"dd2b1c1155888a7fb64364623c8bbd37c7ae0440972886c9f8ba3616e942cc79","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-685","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-691"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
