Stat. tit. 19, § 19-736","heading":"Notice of election","body":"The board of county commissioners shall give thirty (30) days'\n\nnotice of the election upon the question of issuing said bonds, by\n\npublication in two weekly newspapers of general circulation\n\npublished at the county seat of the county, unless there be but one\n\nweekly newspaper, in which event that one shall be sufficient; and\n\nif there be no weekly newspaper, then by five notices posted in five\n\npublic places within the county. The notices of election shall\n\ncontain the statement of the county commissioners, as provided by\n\nthe preceding section, date of election, amount of bonds proposed to\n\nbe issued and whether for courthouse or jail or for both courthouse\n\nand jail.
