Stat. tit. 19, § 19-738","heading":"Character of bonds","body":"Bonds issued shall bear interest at a rate not to exceed the\n\nmaximum rate provided by Section 498.1 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes, payable semiannually, and of denomination of not less than\n\nOne Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than One Thousand Dollars\n\n($1,000.00) each. The entire amount shall be paid within twenty-\n\nfive (25) years. The bonds shall be signed by the chairman of the\n\nboard of county commissioners and countersigned by the county clerk.\n\nThey shall be recorded by the county clerk and by the State Auditor\n\nand Inspector, both of whom shall endorse the same on the back\n\nthereof. Facsimile signatures may be used as provided in the\n\nRegistered Public Obligations Act of Oklahoma.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 1629.
