Stat. tit. 19, § 19-745","heading":"Sale of courthouse - Appraisal - Leaseback - New","body":"facilities.\n\nThe board of county commissioners of any county may sell the\n\ncourthouse of the county together with the real property upon which\n\nthe courthouse is located if the contract price for such sale equals\n\nor exceeds the appraised value of the courthouse and real property\n\nupon which the courthouse is located. Such appraisal shall be made\n\nby the county assessor of the applicable county. The sale\n\nauthorized by this section may only be made if, as part of the\n\ncontract for sale, the purchaser agrees to lease the conveyed\n\npremises to the county until the county provides new courthouse\n\nfacilities, whether by purchase, construction, remodeling, lease or\n\nsome combination thereof. Such new facilities shall be provided\n\nwithin three (3) years from the date of the conveyance of the\n\nexisting courthouse to the purchaser.
