Stat. tit. 19, § 19-746.1","heading":"Medical Expense Liability Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State and Education Employees Group Insurance Board to be\n\ndesignated the \"Medical Expense Liability Revolving Fund\". The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,\n\nand shall consist of all monies received from fees assessed pursuant\n\nto Section 1313.7 of Title 20 of the Oklahoma Statutes. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of the fund shall be appropriated and may be\n\nbudgeted and expended by the State and Education Employees Group\n\nInsurance Board for qualified medical expenses for inmates or\n\npersons in the custody of a county or city jail pursuant to the\n\ncriteria set forth in Section 1313.7 of Title 20 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes.
