Stat. tit. 19, § 19-78","heading":"Special election commissioners - Oath","body":"When any such special election is called it shall be the duty of\n\nthe Governor to select and commission one special election\n\ncommissioner for each voting precinct or voting place in such county\n\nso holding such election as provided in this article.
