Stat. tit. 19, § 19-787","heading":"Site and building","body":"Out of the proceeds of said bonds the county commissioners shall\n\nproceed to purchase a suitable site for the erection of such county\n\nhospital and to erect said building on said site, or to alter, add\n\nto, or enlarge existing hospital buildings in accordance with the\n\nplans and specifications to be prepared by an experienced architect\n\nand submitted to said board of county commissioners, which plans and\n\nspecifications shall have been approved by the board of control\n\nhereinafter created.
