Stat. tit. 19, § 19-792","heading":"Medical staff - Admissions - Rules and regulations","body":"If a county hospital is operated by a board of control, it shall\n\nbe the duty of said board of control to appoint annually at the\n\nfirst meeting in January none other than good, competent, trained,\n\nand skilled physicians and surgeons to the medical staff of the\n\nhospital, after acceptance by the executive committee of the medical\n\nstaff. Admission of patients to the hospital shall be only upon\n\nrecommendation of a member of the medical staff.
