Stat. tit. 19, § 19-81","heading":"Booths and conveniences - Precinct boards","body":"On the day set for the holding of the said special election, it\n\nshall be the duty of the said special election board to see that\n\neach precinct, or voting place, is supplied with booths and other\n\nnecessary conveniences for the proper holding of such election. It\n\nshall be their duty to select two judges and two clerks for such\n\nspecial election in each precinct or voting place; said judges and\n\nclerks, so acting, shall receive the fees as prescribed for like\n\nservice in any regular general election.
