Stat. tit. 19, § 19-82","heading":"Qualifications of voters - Form of affidavit","body":"Any person desiring to vote at such special election, after\n\nhaving passed the challengers whose duties shall be the same as\n\nprescribed by law governing any general election, and being admitted\n\nto the room, shall, before being given a ballot, permit the clerks\n\nto fill out an affidavit and such intended voter shall subscribe and\n\nswear to such affidavit before the special election commissioner,\n\nafter which such person shall be given a ticket and permitted to\n\nprepare same and deliver the ballot to the special election\n\ncommissioner who shall, in the presence of the voter, deposit the\n\nballot in the proper ballot box, and shall deposit the affidavit in\n\nthe box provided for that purpose. The form of the affidavit\n\nrequired of all persons presenting themselves to vote at such\n\nspecial election shall be substantially as follows:\n\nAFFIDAVIT.\n\nState of Oklahoma,)\n\n)ss.\n\nCounty of ________)\n\n, of lawful age, first being duly sworn, upon oath deposes and\n\nsays: That such person is a citizen of the United States, is over\n\nthe age of 18 years, that such person has been for one year last\n\npast a bona fide resident of the state, of said county six months\n\nand in _____ precinct thirty (30) days next preceding this date;\n\nthat such person came to his or her present residence from\n\n_________, and is a legally qualified elector in the precinct on\n\nthis day and has not voted in the election.\n\n_____________________\n\nSubscribed and sworn to before me this _____ day of _________\n\nA.D.
