Stat. tit. 19, § 19-83","heading":"Canvass of vote - Declaration of result","body":"Upon the holding of any such special election the precinct board\n\nof canvassers shall canvass the vote, make and certify said returns\n\nto the Governor, who shall canvass all such elections held as\n\nprovided herein.
